Step three – Designing the solution

Our developers create a blueprint document that outlines what we’ve learned, what you require to be built, and how we build it with Laserfiche.

Step four – The build

Our developers get to work on building the solution and keep you updated at every stage about what’s been developed so far, what’s in progress, and what our key milestones are.

Step five – Your first glimpse

We put together an advanced screening of your custom Laserfiche platform when progress hits 75% completion, so you get a live and functional demonstration and the opportunity to give feedback and make changes.

Step six – User guides and documents

We draft easy-to-follow user guides and important documentation on what we’ve built, how it works, and how to drive it so you and your staff can confidently take the keys.

Step seven – The test

We hand you the platform to conduct User Acceptance Testing where we help you to record and track any issues or changes that may have been overlooked so we can iron them out for you.

Step eight – The green light

A big milestone – this is when you achieve ‘User Acceptance’ and you’re ready to launch.

Step nine – You’re live

All Laserfiche systems are go and we work closely with you to make sure the launch moves like clockwork.

Step ten – You’re supported

We don’t disappear when you hit the ‘go’ button. We stick around for another two weeks to identify any areas that need optimising and answer any questions.
